Wherever possible this website has been designed to comply with recommended W3C guidelines. This should make the site more accessible to people with disabilities.
The W3C introduced the accesskey attribute to enable users to select the appropriate key on their keyboards and navigate to a particular link.
Windows users can navigate with the accesskey feature by typing ALT+Accesskey. On the Mac, you would use CTRL+Accesskey (not COMMAND+Accesskey, which can produce undesired effects). Internet Explorer users may also need to hit the “enter” key to activate a link.
Access Keys used on this site are as follows:
Some browsers allow users to switch off style sheets, or to use their own style sheet to view the current page.
Switching off style sheets should enable users of this website to view pages in a linear fashion easily read by screen readers. It will also provide a "Skip Navigation" link at the top of each page to enable you to go directly to the page content and avoid reading through lists of navigation links.
