Project Partners

Partnership Summary

As previously stated, the RAR Project is a cross border initiative between Kildare County Council and Denbighshire County Council developed to assist in the regeneration of the local economies of Athy and Rhyl. Both County Councils are dedicated to the successful development of the project.

“Under the Interreg IIIA Programme, both Kildare County Council and Denbighshire County Council are committed to successfully carrying out the Regenerating Athy & Rhyl Project. With its main aim of encouraging economic regeneration at the fore, it is envisaged that this project will generate a positive sentiment back into both areas of Athy and Rhyl. The project and the project staff will provide the resources and support in achieving this goal by engaging the communities of the areas which will lead to lasting benefits for both communities.”
